SC to HCs’: Constitute Grievance Redressal Committees to Prevent Lawyers' Strikes - (20 Apr 2023)

Supreme Court while hearing suo motu case regarding rampant strikes in Bar Associations across the country, has directed all High Courts to constitute grievance redressal committees to prevent lawyer’s strikes.
