Delhi HC to Registry: Ensure Confidentiality of Sexual Offences Victims - (20 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while directing Registry to ensure anonymity and confidentiality of victim of sexual offences is strictly maintained in filings, has stated that name, parentage, address, social media credentials and photographs of victim must not be disclosed, including in memo of parties.
