Allahabad HC Sets Aside Remission of Convict Who Was Awarded Life Sentence in 2 Cases - (20 Apr 2023)

Allahabad High Court has set aside a government order by which a convict, who was granted a life imprisonment sentence in two criminal cases, was granted remission.
