SC Refers Issue of Validity of GST on Lease/Rent Payments to 9 Judge Constitution Bench - (20 Apr 2023)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Supreme Court while referring the issue of constitutional validity of GST on lease/rent payments to 9 judges constitution bench, has clarified that there is no stay against recovery and it will be open for Revenue to recover tax in accordance with the law.
