SC Sets Aside Order Acquitting GN Saibaba & Ors. in Case Alleging their Maoist Links - (19 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has set aside Bombay High Court order which acquitted Delhi University professor and activist GN Saibaba and others over their alleged Maoist links and remanded the matter back to be considered afresh.
