AP HC: Ejaculation Not Required for Proving Penetrative Sexual Assault Under POCSO - (18 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Andhra Pradesh High Court while upholding a conviction in a POCSO case has observed that under Section 3 of POCSO Act, only penetration and not ejaculation is required to prove the offence of penetrative sexual assault.
