Bom. HC: Judicial Process Not Tool to Harass Celebrities - (13 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while observing that judicial process is not a tool to harass celebrity to satisfy vendetta of complainant, has held that words uttered in despair, howsoever frightful, by itself wouldn’t attract Section 504 IPC unless it exhibit intentional insult & provide cause for provocation.
