SC: Can’t Place Trail Court Judges in a Sense of Fear - (12 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while deprecating order passed by Madhya Pradesh High Court seeking explanation from a trial court judge for granting bail in a case, has observed that such orders produce chilling effect on members of District judiciary, who cannot be placed in a sense of fear.
