Delhi HC Appoints Justice Bharihoke as Returning Officer for Election of Equestrian Fed. of India - (12 Apr 2023)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court while issuing directions for conducting elections of the office bearers to Equestrian Federation of India to ensure that a democratically elected body is in place, has appointed former High Court judge Justice Ajit Bharihoke as returning officer to determine electoral college.
