SC to Centre: Frame National Policy on Menstrual Hygiene for School-Going Girls in the Country - (11 Apr 2023)

Supreme Court while directing Central Government to frame a National Policy on menstrual hygiene for school-going girls in the country has stated that such a policy must ensure low cost sanitary napkins and safe disposal mechanisms of sanitary napkins in schools.
