Del. HC to DSLSA: Provide Status Report on Payment of Compensation to Victims of Sexual Offences - (10 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has sought a status report from Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) on the payment of compensation to victims of sexual offences and number of applications moved so far regarding the same.
