Jh. HC: Deliberate Departure from Terms of Contract May Amount to Malafide Action by Arbitrator - (10 Apr 2023)

ARBITRATION

Jharkhand High Court has observed that deliberate departure from the contract amounts not only to manifest disregard of its authority or misconduct on the part of the arbitrator, but it may also tantamount to a malafide action.
