Jhar. HC: Resolution Professional Under IBC Falls Within Ambit of 'Public Servant' Under POCA - (07 Apr 2023)

INSOLVENCY

Jharkhand High Court has held that Resolution Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) will be considered a public servant under both sections 2(c)(v) and (viii) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (POCA).
