Del. HC: Peeping Inside Washroom When Woman is Inside, Attracts Offence of Voyeurism - (07 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has observed that peeping inside washroom while woman is inside, which essentially is a private act, amounts to invasion of her privacy and such an act will attract the offence of voyeurism.
