Delhi HC Denies Bail to Satyendar Jain in PMLA Case - (06 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has denied bail to am Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain and observed that he is an influential person and has the potential of tampering with evidence and at this stage, can’t be held to clear the twin conditions of PMLA.
