Bom HC: Can’t Prosecute Man for Rape Merely Because Relationship Didn’t Culminate into Marriage - (05 Apr 2023)

Bombay High Court while discharging man accused of raping his girlfriend has observed that when two persons coming together and investing in a relationship, one cannot be blamed only because the other complained of the act when relationship didn’t go well and failed to culminate into marriage.
