Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while upholding single judge order imposing 1 Lakh penalty on petitioner for suppressing facts and misleading court, observed that jugglery, manipulation, manoeuvring or misrepresentation disentitle a party to invoke equitable jurisdiction under Article 226.
