SC Expresses Displeasure at Trial Courts Not Following its Judgment on Bail - (03 Apr 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while expressing displeasure at trail courts repeatedly dismissing bail applications in violation of its judgments, has also criticized the prosecutors for not pointing out the correct purport of the orders passed by this Court.
