Del. HC to Vivo: Approach PMLA Appellate Tribunal in Plea Against Freezing of Debt Accounts - (31 Mar 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed Vivo India to approach PMLA Appellate Tribunal to pursue its appellate remedies against the order of Enforcement Directorate to debit freeze its bank accounts.
