NCDRC: One-Sided Clauses in an Agreement Constitutes Unfair Trade Practice - (31 Mar 2023)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission while adjudicating a consumer complaint against flat developers has held that incorporation of one-sided clauses in the agreement where the buyer is expected to sign on the dotted lines having no other option, would amount to unfair trade practice.
