Delhi HC: Salaries, O&M Expenses Not to be Attached if DMRC Fails to Pay Dues to Reliance Infra - (31 Mar 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has clarified that Salaries and other Operation & Maintenance (O&M) expenses to be borne by Delhi DMRC will not be attached in case of its failure to pay dues to Reliance Infra under the 2017 arbitral award.
