NCLAT Upholds Imposition of Rs. 1337.76 Crores Penalty on Google by CCI - (30 Mar 2023)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed Google’s appeal against CCI order (MANU/CO/0089/2022) which imposed a penalty of Rs. 1337.76 Crores on Google for abusing its dominant position in the Android OS app store market.
