Del. HC: Updation Application to Change Amount of Counter Claim is an Amendment Application - (29 Mar 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that where a party has filed an application seeking to update its counter claims before Arbitral Tribunal, the said application was, in effect, an application for amendment of the counter-claims, even though it was termed as an updation application.
