Guj. HC: Prosecution’s Inability to Establish Identity of Dead Body Not Ground for Acquittal - (29 Mar 2023)

Gujarat High Court has held that inability of the prosecution to establish the identity of the dead-body on the basis of DNA report, is not sufficient ground for acquittal.
