Delhi HC: Can’t Resort to S. 34(4) of A&C Act for Considering New Material Evidence - (28 Mar 2023)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that recourse to Section 34(4) of Arbitration and Conciliation (A&C) Act cannot be taken to permit the arbitral tribunal to consider the material evidence which it earlier failed to consider.
