Calcutta HC Commutes Death Penalty of Man Convicted for Murdering Parents - (27 Mar 2023)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court while observing that the case does not fall within the purview of rarest of rare case, has commuted the death sentence of a man who was convicted of murdering his parent, to life imprisonment till natural life without remission.
