Gau. HC Upholds Assam Government's Notification on Deepor Beel Wildlife Sanctuary - (27 Mar 2023)

ENVIRONMENT

Gauhati High Court while upholding notification issued by the Assam Government declaring Deepor Beel Area a Wildlife Sanctuary, has observed that preservation and protection of Deepor Beel is a measure in larger public interest for the residents of the Guwahati city.
