SC to Prisoners Released on Covid-19 Parole: Surrender Within 15 Days - (24 Mar 2023)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed that all hose undertrial prisoners and convicts who have been released on emergency parole pursuant to recommendations of High Powered Committee in compliance of orders passed by Supreme Court have to surrender before concerned prison authorities within 15 days.
