Del HC: Party Can’t Restrict Limitation Period Contrary to Limitation Act, for Invoking Arbitration - (24 Mar 2023)

LIMITATION

Delhi High Court has held that party cannot be permitted to restrict the period of limitation for invoking arbitration, in contravention to the limitation period provided by law.
