Delhi HC: A Judge is a Judge Who is Always Open to be Judged - (24 Mar 2023)

Delhi High Court while upholding a judicial officer's dismissal from service for accepting a favour from stranger in form of sponsored foreign trip, has remarked that Judicial Officer is expected to be more prudent, and at the end of day 'A Judge is a Judge who is always open to be judged'.
