Kerala HC: Person Practicing Christian, Not a Scheduled Caste Member - (21 Mar 2023)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court while declaring CPM candidate A. Raja's 2021 election from Devikulam Assembly constituency as void, has observed that he is not a member of 'Hindu Parayan' within the State and thus not qualified to be chosen to fill the seat reserved for Scheduled Caste among Hindus.
