Ker. Court: Media Personnel Can't be Jailed for Reporting - (20 Mar 2023)

Kerala Court, Kozhikode while granting anticipatory bail to the Executive Editor and other employees of Asianet News in connection with the allegations of airing a 'staged interview', has observed that in a democracy, media personnel cannot be put in jail alleging criminal offences.
