SC: Sealed Cover Procedure Fundamentally Against Judicial Process - (20 Mar 2023)

Supreme Court while refusing to accept sealed cover note submitted by Central Government in matter relating to disbursal of pension arrears to retired defence personnel under OROP scheme, stated that sealed cover procedure is fundamentally contrary to the judicial process.
