Cal HC: Accused and Victim Happily Married to Other Persons Doesn’t Lessen the Offence - (20 Mar 2023)

Calcutta High Court while refusing to quash a POCSO case, has observed that merely because accused and victim are married to other persons does not lessen the offence alleged, considering the prima facie materials on record.
