SC to HCs: Record All Essentials Such as FIR No., Police Station Etc in Bail Orders - (18 Mar 2023)

Supreme Court has directed High Courts to ensure that in bail/anticipatory bail matters, all basic essentials (i.e. FIR No., Date, the concerned police station and the offences allegedly committed etc.) are duly recorded or reflected in the format of the order.
