SC: Workers Should Furnish Their Own Permanent Address Instead of Union's - (18 Mar 2023)

Supreme Court while observing the difficulties arising due to service of notice on Union instead of the worker, has held that effective relief can be granted to a worker only if the permanent address of the workman is furnished in the pleadings.
