Delhi HC Sentences Lawyer to 6 Months Jail For Contempt of Court - (17 Mar 2023)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Delhi High Court has sentenced a lawyer to six months of simple imprisonment after finding him guilty of contempt of court for not complying with the judicial orders directing him to pay the use and occupation charges to the landlord in respect of a property situated in Kingsway Camp area.
