Guj. HC: Terminated Employee Not Automatically Entitled to Back Wages Upon Acquittal - (15 Mar 2023)

Gujarat High Court has held that when an employee is terminated due to criminal prosecution against him, he is not automatically entitled to back wages upon his subsequent acquittal in appeal.
