BCI Allows Registration of Foreign Lawyers/Law Firms in India - (15 Mar 2023)

Bar Council of India has notified the Bar Council of India Rules for Registration and Regulation of Foreign Lawyers and Foreign Law Firms in India, 2022, permitting foreign lawyers and law firms to practice foreign law in India on reciprocity basis.
