Del. HC to State: Construct Toilets for Transgender People in 8 Weeks - (15 Mar 2023)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court while noting that toilets have not been constructed at all for transgender people, has directed State government to ensure that public toilets for transgender persons are constructed within eight weeks.
