Del. HC: No Absolute Bar on Disclosure of Information to Non-Citizens Under RTI Act - (15 Mar 2023)

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Delhi High Court while observing that it would be inherently contradictory to Right to Information (RTI) Act to hold that only citizens are entitled to RTI, has held that RTI ought to be available to citizens & non-citizens depending upon kind of information sought.
