SC Stays Uttarakhand HC Order Banning Fatwas - (15 Mar 2023)

Supreme Court has made absolute the interim stay on the Uttarakhand High Court’s order that banned religious outfits and statutory panchayats/local panchayats/group of people in the state from issuing 'fatwas' or similar diktats.
