Guj HC Registers Suo Moto PIL on Issue of Use of Minors to Supply Drugs in Ahmedabad - (14 Mar 2023)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has initiated a suo moto PIL regarding the alleged use of minor girls to traffic/push drugs in the city of Ahmedabad, and directed authorities concerned to file an affidavit-in-reply in the matter by March 21.
