HP HC: Sale Deed is Relevant Factor in Determining Compensation - (14 Mar 2023)

LAND ACQUISITION

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that while determining value of the land, both acquisition of land award and the sale are relevant to determine the just and fair value of the land.
