SC: Petition U/A 32 of Constitution to Challenge Binding Judgment is Not Maintainable - (09 Mar 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has held that a petition under Article 32 of the Constitution cannot be maintained in order to challenge a binding judgment of this Court.
