Ker. HC to Registry: Preserve Recording of Proceedings Leading to Contempt Case Against Lawyer - (09 Mar 2023)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Kerala High Court has directed Registry to preserve audio-video recordings of proceedings which took place in court of Justice Mary Joseph on February 9, when a lawyer had indulged in alleged misbehaviour resulting in initiation of suo motu contempt proceedings against him.
