JKL HC: Proposal for Live-In to See How Relationship Works Out Not False Promise to Marry - (07 Mar 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has observed that proposal of have live-in relationship to ascertain as to how relationship will work out, show that there was no promise of marriage at the time of initiation of their relationship.
