Gau. HC: Seized Articles Not Produced Before Court Can be Released Even if Investigation Pending - (07 Mar 2023)

Gauhati High Court has held that criminal court has power under Section 457 CrPC to release seized articles even at the stage of investigation, if such articles are not produced before the Court.
