HP HC: Can’t Deny Pay Parity of Veterinarians With Medicos Just Because They Deal With Animals - (06 Mar 2023)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that State cannot deny grant of 4-tier pay scale to Veterinary Officers on ground that they are dealing with animals and doctors serving in Health and Family Welfare Department are dealing with humans.
