Madras HC Issues Guidelines for Extending Limitation Period in Criminal Cases - (06 Mar 2023)

Madras High Court while criticizing the prosecution for failure to file application for extension of limitation while dealing with FIR related to sexual harassment charges, has laid down certain guidelines with respect to extension of limitation in such cases.
